Shannon Oakley-Moore

Shannon Oakley-Moore, PMP has a strong work experience in project management and project controls analysis. Shannon started their career at Midwest Technical Inc. in 1992 as a Project Controls Analyst and Database Technician. Shannon then moved on to Pacific Western Technologies in 1996 where they worked as a Project Controls Engineer and Project Analyst. In 1998, they joined International Engineering Corporation as a Project Controls Engineer and Project Analyst. In 1999, they joined PM Solutions as a Senior Consultant and Project Planner Lead. Shannon then worked at Tetra Tech from 2004 to 2019, where they held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Project Controls Analyst, and Resource Director. Currently, they are working at Strategic Management Solutions, LLC (SMSI) as the Director of Contract Services.
