Tina Davis

Tina Davis, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tina is currently the Human Resources Director at Strategic Management Solutions, LLC (SMSI) since February 2023. Prior to this, Tina worked as an HR Manager at Boston Government Services from March 2019 to February 2023. Tina also served as an HR Director at Information International Associates from January 2018 to March 2019. Before that, Tina was a Human Resources Manager at Protection Strategies Incorporated from September 2013 to January 2018. Tina started their career at Denuke Services, where they held positions as an HR Generalist from April 2013 to September 2013 and as a Business Manager Assistant from February 2010 to March 2013.

Tina Davis, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Bayamon, from 1989 to 1996. Tina'seducational journey began with their graduation from Antilles High School before 1989. In addition to their academic achievements, Tina Davis has obtained several certifications, including Excel: PivotTables for Beginners from LinkedIn in November 2022 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2018.
