Richard Shelford

Richard Shelford has over 20 years of experience in IT operations and support, currently serving as IT Operations Manager at SMT GB since September 2017, and holding the same title at Volvo Construction Equipment since June 2008. Richard has also served in various roles at Volvo, including IS/IT Team Leader and 2nd Line Support Technician. Prior experience includes working as an IT Analyst at Interaction Recruitment and IT Support Technician at Eplace, as well as an industrial placement as an IT Technical Support Officer at Pall Corporation. Richard holds a BSC (Hons) in Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 1996 and 2000.
