Lucas Costa Lopes is currently working as a Gerente de Projetos de Customer Experience at SMT. Prior to this, Lucas worked at Progen S.A. as an Engenheiro de Planejamento for the Efficiência Energética Vale team and also for the Programa PowerShift. Lucas has experience in project management, customer experience analysis, and technical processes. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Engineering Planning & BI from PUC Minas.
