Leah Rogers, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Leah retired in 2019 but prior to that, they worked as a Manufacturing Transition Manager at Plexus Corp. starting in 2014. Before that, they were the VP Membership at SMTA – Surface Mount Technology Association in 2012. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as the Director of New Business Development at Burton Industries, Inc., where they generated sales and led the sales team effort to qualify and grow new business in multiple markets. Prior to that, they were the Regional Director of Business Development at OEM Worldwide from 2006 to 2011, where they were responsible for qualifying and growing new business in the Eastern half of the US. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Degree Controls. From an earlier stage of their career, from 2003 to 2005, they were the New Business Development Manager at APW, acquiring new business in various markets. Starting in 1995, they worked at Plexus Corp as the Strategic Customer Manager, managing key customer accounts and overseeing internal program financial goals. In 2002, they briefly worked at Plexus Technology Group as the Alternate Channel Manager, developing strategic relationships to expand sales potential.

Leah Rogers, PMP has attended Fox Valley Technical College and the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley. However, the specific degree or field of study is not provided. In addition to their education, Leah has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2016.
