Martin Anselm

SMTA President at Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA)

Martin Anselm's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Martin started their career in 2002 at Universal Instruments, where they worked as a Process Research Engineer and later became the Manager of Failure Analysis Services. Martin also served as the Manager of the AREA Consortium, conducting research for product development and manufacturing processes. In 2013, they joined the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA) as a member of the Board of Directors and Training Committee Chair, and in 2020, they became the President of SMTA. In 2014, they joined Rochester Institute of Technology as an Associate Professor.

Martin Anselm completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 1995 to 1999, they attended SUNY Geneseo, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Physics.

Subsequently, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Clarkson University.

Finally, from 2003 to 2011, they attended Binghamton University and earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering.
