Malini Sathyan

Malini Sathyan, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles related to business analytics and enterprise systems. Malini currently serves as the Director of Business Analytics at SMTC Corporation since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager - Analytics and Enterprise System at Chatsworth Products from October 2009 to January 2023. Malini also worked as a Business System Analyst at Bank of America in May 2009 and as a Business System Analyst at Chatsworth Products from August 2008 to February 2009. Malini served as a Business System Analyst at UPS from September 2004 to July 2008, working as a consultant from Fourth Technologies Inc. In addition, they worked as a System Analyst at Electronic Data Systems from August 2001 to September 2004 and as a Software Engineer at Samsung from July 2000 to July 2001. Their career began as a Software Engineer at Bharat Electronics from July 1999 to July 2000.

Malini Sathyan, PMP has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from M.S Ramaiah Institute of Technology. Malini also completed a course in Business Analytics for Leaders from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Malini holds additional certifications in Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate Certification and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Tableau and the Project Management Institute respectively.
