April Kangas

April Kangas has extensive experience in strategic planning and project management, currently serving as a Strategic Planner and Project Manager at SMUD since June 2008. Prior to this role, April worked at EdFund from July 2000 to June 2008 as a Senior Project Manager and Systems Analyst. April obtained a graduate degree from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management between 1997 and 2000.
