Gabe Lewall M.s.

Gabe Lewall, M.S., M.Ed., CMQOE, LSSBB, serves as a Senior Organization Development Consultant and Business Partner at SMUD, where responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to design and implement talent management strategies. With extensive experience in organizational development, Gabe has also supervised an 8-person Business Partner team, spearheaded training initiatives, and taught at various institutions such as UC Davis and Cañada College. As the owner of Beta Wave Consulting, Gabe provides corporate training and talent development consulting, while academic contributions include adjunct faculty positions at multiple universities and a strong educational background in Human Resources, Instructional Design, and Business Psychology, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
