Jen Anderson

Jen Anderson, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at SMUD since August 2017, after previous roles as a Learning and Development Specialist and LMS Administrator. Anderson is also an active #IamRemarkable facilitator, empowering women and underrepresented groups in professional settings. Prior experience includes a Training Manager role at Access Dental Services, an Instructional Designer position at Applied Medical, and significant contributions at Sprint and Placer Superior Court in instructional design and staff development. Anderson is a graduate of UC Irvine with a BA in Drama and earned an MBA from Ashford University.
