Riya Bose is an experienced ITSM professional with a robust background in leading IT operations and service management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the ITSM Program Lead at SMUD since March 2017, Riya has successfully enhanced process maturity using ITIL guidelines and has acted as a subject matter expert in various IT service management processes. Previous roles include ITSM Consultant and Project Manager at Matlen Silver, where Riya oversaw a significant service methodology transition for Bank of America, and managed vendor application onboarding at Deutsche Bank as an ITSM Consultant. Riya held multiple positions at Citigroup from 2003 to 2015, including Service Management VP, where Riya implemented global service assurance strategies.
