Shiloh Costello, MHRM, is an experienced professional in sustainable community development and nonprofit collaboration. Currently serving as Manager of the Sustainable Communities Department at SMUD since July 2019, Shiloh oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing energy equity for customers. Prior roles include Interim Director and Executive Director positions within the California Grocers Association, leading educational programs and fundraising efforts, and developing business partnerships at the Foundation for California Community Colleges. Shiloh also has a background in community relations with the Sacramento Kings and has worked as a reporter for The Car Czar Show. Educational qualifications include a Master of Human Resources Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from California State University-Sacramento.
