Tiffany McRae

Tiffany McRae is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and product management, currently serving as a Product Service Coordinator at SMUD since September 2012. Tiffany has held various roles at SMUD, including Supervising Customer Service Representative, Customer Services Supervisor, and Senior Customer Service Representative, showcasing a strong progression in responsibilities. In addition, Tiffany contributed to the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce's Catalyst Program from August 2019 to May 2020, focusing on leadership development and community challenge resolution.
