Vince Noyes

Vince Noyes has extensive experience in energy management systems and engineering. Vince worked as a Principal EMS Specialist at SMUD, where they gained expertise in different software systems such as Siemens Spectrum Energy Management System, Siemens PI Datalink, ICCP Datalink, and OSISoft PI Historian Administration. Prior to that, they were a Senior EMS/Scada Engineer at California ISO. Additionally, Vince Noyes also worked in the United States Air Force as a Programmer, where they developed electronic forms systems and libraries using limited character graphics.

Vince Noyes earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, completing their studies between 1982 and 1985.
