Smugglers' Notch Resort
Jonathan Kim has extensive experience in geology, currently serving as a Geologist at the Vermont Geological Survey since November 1997, with expertise in bedrock mapping, structural geology, hydrogeology, geochemistry, and GIS. In addition, Jonathan holds a position as a Ski Instructor at Smugglers' Notch Resort since December 1996, certified as a PSIA Alpine Level 2 Instructor. Previously, Jonathan worked as a Crew Manager at Western Geophysical from January 1985 to October 1988. Jonathan earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Geology/Earth Science from the University at Buffalo, as well as a Master of Science (M.S.) from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's Degree from Colgate University, all in Geology/Earth Science.
