Jelle Timmers

Jelle Timmers is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in offshore wind foundations and substations. Currently serving as a Tender Manager and Project Manager at Smulders since February 2017, Jelle also holds the position of Owner at CIREX BV since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager in offshore constructions, Real Estate Agent, and Project Leader for residential projects, along with a stint as Junior Project Leader. Jelle's academic credentials include an Executive Master of Business Administration from Antwerp Management School, a Master of Industrial Sciences in Construction from UHasselt, a Bachelor's degree in Construction from Hogeschool PXL, and a seminar on Supply Chain Management from the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics.
