Brian Marshall

Brian Marshall is currently the Group General Counsel at Smurfit Kappa and a member of the Group Executive Committee. Prior to their current role, Brian served as the European Legal Counsel and Legal Director at Smurfit Capital. Brian also held positions as a Non Executive Director at Glencar Mining plc and Inistech PLC. Before that, Brian was a Partner at Hassans International Law Firm and an Associate at William Fry. Brian started their career as an Article Clerk at Gore & Grimes and later earned their Bachelor's Degree from University College Dublin. Brian completed their high school education at Glenstal Abbey School.
