David O'Connor

David O'Connor is an accomplished procurement manager with extensive experience in streamlining processes and driving operational efficiency. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at Smurfit Kappa since August 2023, David previously held similar roles at Schindler Ltd (UK & Ireland) from September 2015 to August 2023, where responsibilities included implementing lean management methodologies and managing result delivery office plans. Prior experience includes a tenure at VPS, where David worked as Systems Project Manager, focusing on mobile application development and creating sustainable operational workflows, as well as roles in scheduling and regional supervision. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and A-Levels from Lodge Park Technology College.
