Irial Finan joined the Board in February 2012. He was Executive Vice President of The Coca-Cola Company and President of the Bottling Investments Group from 2004 until retired in March 2018. Prior to this Mr Finan served as Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company SA. He joined the Coca-Cola System in 1981. Mr Finan is responsible for the stewardship of The Coca-Cola Company’s Equity Investments. He also serves on the Boards of Coca-Cola European Partners plc, Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Inc, and Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. Mr Finan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants.
