Jeroen Hendriks has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Jeroen began their career in 1992 as a System Manager at Drechtwerk and worked there until 1996. Jeroen then joined Schlumberger in 1997, where they served as a Systems Manager until 1998 and later as an IT Manager until 2001. Following this, they worked at Royal Vopak as a Team Leader for Office Applications in 2003. In 2004, they joined NYK Line as a Senior Network Engineer and worked there until 2010. Lastly, Hendriks worked at Smurfit Kappa Group, starting as a Compliance Manager (Sarbanes Oxley) in 2011 and eventually becoming the Head of Support from 2013 until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global IS End User Support at Smurfit Kappa Group.

Jeroen Hendriks attended HBO University but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Jeroen also holds certifications in AMBI from Exin and Prince2 Foundation from APM Group.
