Lilia Nahon has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and operations management. Lilia has held positions at Smurfit Kappa, A. W. Chesterton Company, they served as the LATAM Human Resources & Continuous Improvement Manager and later as the HR and Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior to that, they were the Operations Manager at an HR Consulting Firm. Lastly, they held various roles at Procter & Gamble, including Latin America Customization Operations Manager, Production Manager, Project Manager, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing Trainee.
