Douglas Jessell

Douglas Jessell has extensive work experience in the field of IT support and network administration. Douglas has worked at multiple companies, starting with Visa in 2007 where they provided first level IT support. Douglas then worked as a Desktop Support Technician at Perot Systems Government Services, where they provided onsite support for approximately 200 users. Additionally, they worked at Insight Global as a PC Refresh Specialist and at Apex Systems as a Helpdesk Technician, providing IT phone support for Air Force personnel. In 2011, they joined ITT Systems / Exelis as a TCF Technician, responsible for maintaining the IDNX telecommunications network backbone. Douglas has also held roles such as IT Support Technician at NOW Technologies, Network Operations Lead at Yoh, Lead Network Engineer at CONETSCO, Systems/Network Administrator at Agensys Corporation, and most recently, they have been working at Smartronix as a Senior Systems Engineer / Infrastructure Lead.

Douglas Jessell attended the US Army Signal School and completed the 25B10 Advanced Individual Training program in Information Technology Specialist in 2000. Douglas has also obtained several certifications including CCNA Security from Cisco in 2016, CASP from CompTIA in 2013, ITIL v3 2011 Foundation from APM Group in 2013, CCNA from Cisco in 2013, MTA (Windows Operating System Fundamentals) from Microsoft in 2013, Security+ ce from CompTIA in 2010, Network+ from CompTIA in 2006, and A+ from CompTIA in 1999.
