Agata Muszynska

Agata Muszynska has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Agata is currently the Head of Product at SMYK Group, where they oversee various departments and leads a team of 11 individuals. Agata'sresponsibilities in this role include product planning and lifecycle management, strategic partnerships, budgeting, and monitoring product development.

Prior to their current position, Agata worked as an Independent Contractor, offering services in product management, brand implementation, and consultancy for clients across industries. Agata led several projects during this period.

Agata also served as the Collection Director at OTCF S.A. (OUTHORN), a sportswear manufacturer, where they developed a new strategy for the Outhorn brand and successfully relocated the team. However, due to a change in the company's global strategy, the Outhorn project was suspended.

Agata's earlier work experience includes roles as Head of Marketing Poland at TJX Europe, Assortment Manager at C&A, Account Executive at MARTIS GROUP, Product Manager at Verlag Dashofer, and Account Representative at Wyeth Farma, S.A.

Agata Muszynska completed an Executive MBA program at Kozminski University in 2012-2013. Agata also holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology (Pharmaceutical Synthesis) from Gdansk University of Technology. In addition, Agata participated in a student exchange program at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Agata further pursued post-graduate studies at Lodz University of Technology in the field of fashion & design, specifically at the Faculty of Marketing of Textiles. Agata also completed post-graduate studies in Journalism and Public Relations at the University of Gdansk.
