Barbara Bogusz

Barbara Bogusz has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Their most recent position is as a Human Resources Director at SMYK Group since August 2021. Prior to that, they completed an internship at Szpital Zachodni Grodzisk Mazowiecki from November 2020 to December 2021. Barbara also served as an HR Director at EURO-net Sp. z o.o. from October 2016 to October 2020, where they were responsible for various HR functions and spearheaded the implementation of a new HR system. Before that, they held the role of Operational HR Director at Jerónimo Martins Polska S.A. from July 2015 to September 2016.

Barbara's prior experience at Jerónimo Martins Polska S.A. includes serving as the Regional HR & People Development Director from May 2014 to May 2015, where they handled recruitment, employer branding, talent programs, and training. Barbara was also the Training & Development Director at the same company from May 2011 to April 2014, focusing on creating new leadership standards and developing training programs for various groups of managers.

Barbara started their career as a Medical Doctor at Centralny Szpital Kliniczny AM Klinika Hematologii i Chorób Wewnętrznych from September 1994 to October 1998.

Barbara Bogusz holds an MD degree from the Medical University of Warsaw, obtained from 1988 to 1994. Barbara pursued a PhD in Economy & Management as a candidate at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2006 to 2009. In 2013, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for an Advanced Management Program.
