Magdalena Ratajczyk

Magdalena Ratajczyk has a strong background in e-commerce operations and supply chain management. Magdalena started their career at GIB Group before it was taken over by Carrefour, where they worked as a Purchase Assistant and later as a Logistics Manager in the purchase department. Magdalena then moved to Carrefour, where they held the roles of Supply Chain Manager and Senior Supply Chain Manager in the logistics department. After that, they joined Krajowa Agencja Handlowa "Społem" as a Logistics Manager. Magdalena then spent a significant portion of their career at Empik Group, where they worked as a Supply Chain Department Manager for e-commerce. Currently, they are the Head of E-commerce Operations at SMYK Group.

Magdalena Ratajczyk earned a Master's Degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Warsaw, completing their studies from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Feedback and Communication Skills" from Leanovatica in 2021.
