Michał Grom

Michał Grom has had a diverse range of work experience in the digital and e-commerce sectors. Michał started their career at RUCH S.A. as a CIO from April 2002 to October 2005. Michał then joined Empik Group, where they served as CIO and Board Member from November 2005 to August 2009. Afterwards, they became the E-commerce Director and Board Member at Empik Group from September 2009 to April 2011. Grom then moved on to E-Commerce Services as the Chief Executive Officer from October 2010 to December 2015. From there, they worked at NFI Empik Media & Fashion as the E-commerce Director from October 2011 to December 2015. Currently, Grom is working at SMYK Group, starting as the Chief Digital Officer from November 2016 to March 2019, and later becoming the President from March 2019.

From 2012 to 2013, Michał Grom attended the IESE Business School. No degree or field of study was specified.
