Steve Arnott

Steve Arnott has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Steve started their career as an IT Technician at J. Wray and Nephew Limited, where they delivered office systems projects and created their first website.

Steve then moved to Ford Motor Company, where they worked as an IT Support Technician and later as a Multimedia Technician, contributing to proactive and reactive IT support and implementing innovative solutions.

At Anglia Ruskin University, Steve held multiple roles, including New Media Team Leader, Senior Systems Architect, and eventually, the Head of Development. Steve led a team of skilled individuals, delivering products to support the university's IT strategy, while also being involved in strategic leadership, architectural design, people management, and product development.

Currently, Steve is working at Smyle as the Head of Technology, responsible for overseeing the organization's technology operations and providing digital solutions as a Solutions Architect.

Steve Arnott has a diverse educational background. From 1991 to 1998, they attended Hylands School where they obtained 11 GCSEs and 3 A-Levels. Steve continued their education at the same university from 2009 to 2012, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computing and the Internet.
