Jd Alsup

J.D. joined SRM Concrete in 2009 as the Comptroller and was promoted to CFO in 2014. He is responsible for all company financials, forecast and budget planning, inventory and costing management, cash flow and treasury management, and accounting staff. J.D. develops and implements new accounting systems and procedures to improve financial reporting, internal controls, and back-office efficiencies.
