Jennifer Geith has extensive experience in customer service and business systems leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Smyth Companies since February 2016, Jennifer oversees a virtual team consisting of 7 direct reports and 5 indirect team members. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Director of Business Systems at WS Packaging Group from March 1997 to February 2016, where responsibilities included directing key functional areas of the business and aligning team goals with targets established by the business and Executive Team.
