Sarah Yates (O'Hanlon) has a solid work experience in human resources. Sarah started their career as an HR Assistant at Genus PLC in 2005. Sarah then worked as an ER Coordinator at Focus DIY from 2006 to 2008. After that, they joined Dudson Group as an HR Manager from 2008 to 2014. Since 2014, Sarah has been working at Smyths Toys Superstores, where they started as a UK HR Manager and was later promoted to Head of UK HR. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR UKI.
Sarah Yates (O'Hanlon) completed a PGDip in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Certificate in personnel practice from Mid Cheshire College from 2006 to 2008. Sarah also holds a BA Hons degree in English Language from Lancaster University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006.
