Steve Colton is an experienced retail manager with a strong background in team leadership and store operations. Currently serving as a Manager at Smyths Toys Superstores since February 2016, Steve plays a crucial role in managing a new store in Rotherham. Prior to this, Steve has held the position of Store Manager at Iceland Foods since June 2012, where involvement in a leadership progression program includes coaching and training future managers. Steve’s earlier experience as a Store Manager at Sainsbury's involved overseeing multiple stores, conducting audits, and training new managers. Educationally, Steve holds an Associate’s Degree in GNVQ Leisure and Recreation from Rother Valley College, completed between 2001 and 2003.
