Paolo Porta

Paolo Porta has an extensive background in the fashion industry, with significant experience in executive roles. Paolo most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at Smythson of Bond Street since May 2023. Prior to that, Paolo was the Chief Executive Officer at Hunter Boot Ltd from February 2021 to May 2023, and also held the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer from June 2020 to January 2021. Before joining Hunter Boot Ltd, Paolo worked at Jimmy Choo as the SVP Merchandising and Licensing from September 2013 to December 2019. Paolo also served as the Collection Director at Christian Dior Couture from February 2013 to August 2013. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Merchandising at Jimmy Choo from February 2008 to December 2012. Paolo began their career at Stella McCartney as the Merchandising and Licensing Manager from September 2005 to January 2008 and worked at Burberry as part of the International Sales team for Prorsum from November 2001 to July 2005.

From 1992 to 1997, Paolo Porta attended the Institute Setificio, where they pursued a degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering.
