Victor Spieles began their work experience in 1996 as a Junior Illustrator at Colorforms Art Studio. Victor then moved on to work at JWT in 1997 as a Junior Copywriter and Junior Art Director. In 1998, Victor joined SMZ Advertising as a Creative Director.
Victor Spieles began their education at Macomb Community College in 1989, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree. Victor attended the college until 1992. In 1992, they transferred to California Institute of the Arts to study Animation, although no degree was mentioned. Victor then went on to attend the Center for Creative Studies from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Illustration, Advertising, and Graphic Design.
