Jacopo Volta

Jacopo Volta is an experienced professional in tariff regulation, currently serving as Tariff Regulation Manager and previously as Tariff Regulation Expert at Snam since May 2016. In these roles, Jacopo has focused on the regulated revenues and tariffs calculation for gas transmission, storage, and regasification services in accordance with the Italian Energy Authority's regulations. Prior to Snam, Jacopo worked as a Regulation Analyst at Gruppo Hera, where responsibilities included analyzing the impact of energy regulations and ensuring compliance across group companies. Jacopo holds a Master's degree in Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and has studied at Uppsala University as part of the Erasmus Programme. Educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics of Development and International Cooperation from Università degli Studi di Parma and a high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico G.
