Matteo Tanteri

Matteo Tanteri serves as the Director of UN Global Compact Network Italy and holds the position of Senior Vice President for Sustainability and Social Impact at Snam S.p.A., where notable achievements include the unveiling of a 360° sustainability plan, the implementation of a Transition Plan aligning climate and biodiversity strategies, and significant reductions in Scope 1 and 2 emissions. Additionally, Matteo is the Chief Executive Officer of Arbolia Società Benefit, overseeing numerous projects aimed at environmental impact. Previous roles include leadership positions in various organizations, including the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and Snam Gas & Energy Services. Matteo's educational background includes a recent Sustainability & ESG Program certification from IESE Business School and multiple degrees from Università Bocconi.
