Jeff Hagedorn

Jeff Hagedorn has a diverse work experience in risk and compliance roles. Jeff is currently working at Snap Finance as the VP, Risk and Compliance, Head of ERM, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Director of Risk and Compliance at Snap Finance from January 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Snap Finance, Jeff worked at Encore Capital Group for almost a decade. Jeff held the role of Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance, where they were responsible for managing and developing a team. Jeff successfully led their team to design and implement a Compliance Risk Assessment, Testing and Monitoring Program. Jeff also executed annual risk assessments, managed the Compliance Risk Assessment Framework, and developed and executed the Annual Compliance Testing Plan. Jeff was actively involved in presenting testing and monitoring results and quarterly KRI reporting to senior leadership.

Jeff began their career as a Senior Auditor at Carbonaro DeMichele CPAs in 2009, where they worked until 2011. Prior to that, they were a Senior Auditor at Barnes Dennig from 2006 to 2009.

Jeff Hagedorn obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati between 2001 and 2005.
