Katherine Sibaja

Katherine Sibaja is a skilled Talent Development and Performance Specialist currently working at Snap Finance since February 2018. In this role, Katherine oversees employee engagement and satisfaction on the Costa Rica site and manages the Learning and Development team in Costa Rica, along with trainers in the USA. Katherine has previous experience as a Learning and Development Manager and Training Manager, overseeing local teams and BPOs across multiple countries including Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. Prior to Snap Finance, Katherine worked at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated in various training roles from December 2013 to February 2018. Katherine is pursuing a degree in Psychology at Universidad Fidélitas and has been working towards a Bachelor’s degree in English Teaching at Universidad Americana since January 2016.
