Victor Escobar

Victor Escobar has a solid work experience in various roles related to quality assurance, automation, and team management. Victor has worked as a QA Lead and Senior QA Automation Engineer at Snap Finance, where they conducted weekly team meetings, monitored and analyzed metrics, and acted as a technical point of contact. Prior to that, Victor worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Amazon, where they managed stakeholder relationships and coordinated QA resources. Victor also served as a Solutions Quality Analyst at Intel Corporation, where they identified testing requirements, created testing strategies, and developed testing plans. Victor also has experience in web content management, training, and coordinating resources as a QA Tester and Digital Content Management Analyst at Accenture. Before that, they worked as a Software QA Tester at Techuso and as a Medical Bill Collector at UCB, Inc. Additionally, Victor has leadership experience as a District/Zone Leader at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they evaluated team performance, conducted effective trainings, and created language plans.

Victor Escobar holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, which they completed from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied industrial engineering at Universidad de Costa Rica from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in CSS Essential Training 2, Programming Foundations: Fundamentals, CSS Essential Training 1, HTML Essential Training, and Web Development Foundations: Full-Stack vs Front-End from Lynda.com in 2017.
