Doug Karabinas has worked in the food industry for over 25 years. In 1994, they began working as General Manager/Catering Director at Escalantes Tex-Mex Food. In 2004, they co-founded Lone Star Brokerage. Four years later, in 2008, they took on the role of General Manager at Cordúa Restaurants, LLC. Finally, in 2009, they co-founded Snap Kitchen.
Doug Karabinas attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1991 to 1994, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Doug then transferred to the University of Houston, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management in 1996.
