Lauren Oakley currently serves as the Manager of Customer Experience at Snap! Mobile, overseeing customer experience processes for various SaaS products since February 2022. Previously, Lauren worked as a Customer Experience Specialist, leading a team on a fintech product and enhancing workflows. Prior to Snap! Mobile, Lauren accumulated extensive experience in dental hygiene, holding positions at Bend Family Dentistry and Mosaic Medical, where responsibilities included patient care, treatment planning, and navigating insurance complexities. Graduation from the Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene occurred between 2012 and 2014.
