Jim Fleuchaus is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and engineering management. Currently serving as Plant Manager for Snap-on Tools in both Milwaukee and Elkmont since September 2014, Jim has honed skills in overseeing operations and improving profitability. Previous roles include Director of Operations at AVANTI Wind Systems A/S and General Manager at The Gund Company, where Jim was responsible for full P&L and implemented strategic plans to enhance financial performance. Additional experience includes a significant tenure at Lakeside Manufacturing as VP of Operations & New Product Integration, transforming product strategies to focus on high-value development, and roles at Bucyrus International and P&H Mining Equipment, emphasizing supply chain management and engineering efficiencies.
