Lisa Desanto

Lisa (Kist) DeSanto serves as the Retirement Plans Manager at Snap-on Incorporated since 2021, bringing extensive experience in retirement plan management. Prior roles include Retirement Program Manager at Crate and Barrel, where Lisa managed over $200 million in plan assets, overseeing the design and administration of various retirement plans for over 11,000 participants. Lisa's career at Crate and Barrel also featured responsibilities as a Retirement Planning Analyst, Compensation & Benefits Analyst, and Recruitment & Relocation Specialist. Prior to this, Lisa held roles in retail management at Gap and Marshall Field's & Company, and was an Office Manager at The Lake Shore Group. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University, earned in 1991.
