Maria has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Customer Service. Prior to Snap-on, Maria worked at SNA Europe as a Plant Manager. Maria has a Master's degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering and has demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies and operational excellence throughout their career.
