Maria J. Vieira

Maria J. Vieira is the current Vice President of Operations for the Commercial & Industrial Group at Snap-on. Maria has been with the company since 2004, when they were promoted to Plant Manager.

Under their leadership, the Plant has seen great success and profitability due to their implementation of lean management skills and expertise. In addition to overseeing the daily operations, they also direct the hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of operations staff at the director level.

Maria’s experience and success in both operations and logistics management make their a valuable asset to Snap-on, and their dedication to their work has helped the company achieve its goals.

Maria J. Vieira has a Master's in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from the University of Porto, Portugal. Maria also has a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from the same school.

Their manager is Jesus Arregui, Senior Vice President and President – Commercial Group.
