Michael Gentile is the Vice President of Operations for the Snap-on Tools Group. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the tool industry, most recently at Snap-on.

Michael Gentile's educational career includes completing an Executive Development Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.

They are on a team with Robert J. Hamilton - VP Finance, Snap-on Tools Group, Jeffrey W. Howe - VP, North American Sales & Franchising - Snap-on Tools Group. Their manager is Timothy L. Chambers, Senior Vice President and President – Snap-on Tools Group.
