Michael Laferle

Michael LaFerle is an experienced engineering executive with a robust background in automotive diagnostics product development and software solutions. Serving as Vice President of Engineering for the Diagnostics Division at Snap-on since December 2002, Michael is responsible for global aftermarket automotive diagnostics product development. Previously, as General Manager of Diagnostics Software, responsibilities included overseeing both software product development and sales/delivery systems across the US and Europe. Michael's tenure at Snap-on began after the acquisition of NEXIQ Technologies, where a role as Manager of Information Technology was held. Earlier experience includes working as a Systems Engineer at Micro Processor Systems, Inc., prior to its acquisition by NEXIQ. Michael holds an MBA in International Business and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University.
