Mike Shott

Mike Shott is a financial reporting consultant at Snap One since April 2024, specializing in journal entry review, account reconciliation, financial statement consolidation, and preparation of 10-Q filings, alongside technical accounting research and M&A activities. Prior to this role, Mike served as Consolidation Manager and Project Controller at Power Plant Management Services, LLC from July 2010 to March 2024. Mike completed an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
