Austin Brogle

Austin Brogle is an experienced security engineer currently serving as the Technical Lead for Threat Detection at Snap Inc. since April 2017, focusing on incident response and the creation of automated response capabilities across various environments. Additionally, Austin has held the position of Security Software Engineer at ThreatKey since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Austin worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, where responsibilities included automating application security reviews to address vulnerabilities. Austin's early career features an internship as an Information Security Analyst at TravelClick and another as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon. Austin’s technical skills were further developed while serving as a Systems Administrator at the University of Central Florida, managing an Active Directory domain. Austin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, earned in 2015.
