Lynn Dang

Lynn Dang is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience leading people teams across diverse regions and organizations. Currently serving as the Director and Head of People for Asia at Snap Inc. since April 2023, Lynn oversees the Snap People Team in APAC, directly reporting to the Chief People Officer. Concurrently, Lynn holds a position on the Board of Directors and serves as Chair of the Leadership & Nominations Committee for Australia for UNHCR, supporting the organization's humanitarian efforts. Previously, Lynn worked at Microsoft as a Human Resources Director and Head of Talent Acquisition, and held various roles at IBM, including HR lead for Mergers & Acquisitions across the Asia Pacific, Middle-East, and Africa, as well as Talent Acquisition Leader for Australia and New Zealand. Lynn’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and executive education from Cornell University and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
