Prior to that, Michael held various legal positions at companies such as Wells Fargo, The Clorox Company, Bank of America, and law firms such as Manning, Leaver, Bruder & Berberich, and Woollacott Jannol Fields LLP. With a J.D. degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Michael has extensive experience in providing legal counsel in areas such as privacy, data protection, digital products, and technology.
