Rebecca Haciski

Rebecca Haciski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Safety and Law Enforcement at Snap Inc. since February 2024, Rebecca previously held key positions at the U.S. Department of Justice, including Associate Director for Litigation and Legal Policy and Trial Attorney in the Office of International Affairs from January 2016 to January 2024. Additionally, Rebecca has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Law at The George Washington University Law School and has served as Senior Counsel in the Office of Legal Policy at the U.S. Department of Justice. With a background that includes roles at WilmerHale, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and the Federal Public Defender, Rebecca possesses a diverse legal and judicial experience. Rebecca earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Classics from Williams College.
